The terraces look beautiful, staff was very kind and helpful, area is quiet and nice, smooth check-in process, spacious and clean room.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right on the bustling 5th Avenue, which makes it easy to explore the city center and enjoy all the shops and restaurants that Playa del Carmen has to offer. Plus, being close to the 5th Avenue means that you're just a short walk away from the beautiful beach.

Our stay at this hotel was great and we didn't encounter any major issues.

Comfortable bed, close to 5th without noise. Nice bedding, lovely room for the price. Friendly front desk staff. Great location, 1 min to 5th ave, 10 mins to beach. Rooms with kitchenette and cable TV. Peaceful property with plants and trees. Roof terrace for sunbathing.

The rooms are equipped with a kitchen, which is convenient for cooking snacks. The wifi is fast and reliable, and the property has multiple networks, ensuring a strong signal throughout the complex.

The noise level at the hotel can be quite disruptive, especially during weekends when nearby clubs play loud music all night.

The location was excellent, close to the beach and in a quiet area. The free breakfast was delicious and although not a lot of food, it was tasty. The staff, especially Alma at the reception desk, was professional, helpful, and friendly. The wifi and air conditioning worked well.
